Be wary of phishing scams
Do not click on any links within suspicious looking E-mails which ask you to verify your details!
Scammers and spambots are unfortunately getting a lot cleverer and it’s becoming much harder to determine the difference from legitimate E-mail. Some are more obvious but often the E-mail from these scammers look nearly identical to what they’re trying to spoof and it takes a keen eye to see the difference.
Please be aware that New Forest Online would never send you random emails asking to log in or confirm your user details for your account via email, please do not click on any links on suspicious looking mail.
If you need to query anything at all please either take a screenshot of the email and forward the image to us (don’t forward the actual email on to us unless we ask you to) or give us a call. Best to be safe than sorry.
