What happens once I've placed the order?

As part of the order process, your salesperson will work with you to produce a design briefing (this covers areas such as: background colour, photos/images to be included, font size, style, colour, etc).

Your order is then delivered to one of our three designers, who receive the design briefing from the salesperson.

A first draft is then produced and uploaded to a 'customer viewing area' on our server. Here you can study the site and give feedback as required.
