The holiday apartment is situated in the village of Brockenhurst, which is surrounded by some of the best scenery the New Forest has to offer, making the accommodation an excellent choice for those who enjoy walking, bird watching, horse riding or mountain biking in the New Forest.

• Renovated and refurbished self-contained annexe in an Edwardian house in Brockenhurst (view map and directions).
• Comfortably sleeps 2 adults but additional sleeping accommodation is available by means of a sofa bed in the lounge/dining room.
• Ground floor accommodation comprises: bedroom, lounge/dining room, bathroom with shower over, kitchen with dishwasher. Annexe has TV/DVD/Freeview, double glazing, gas central heating and off street parking, plus use of washing machine and tumble dryer.
• Attractive view over back gardens, paddock and stables.
• Ideal location for birdwatching, walking and horseriding in the New Forest. Forest Lodge is situated within walking distance of the New Forest Show and a short train ride from Southampton and the coast at Lymington, Bournemouth and Weymouth.
• Good local amenities in Brockenhurst are within easy reach (a few hundred metres), including bicycle hire, leisure centre and restaurants. There are a number of good local shops including a small convenience store and newsagent on the main road from Balmer Lawn to the station (10 minutes walk) and a full selection of shops (including supermarket, chemist, hairdressers, post office, butcher, bakery and greengrocers) on Brockenhurst High Street which is 10 minutes walk from the Annexe. Larger supermarkets are available in Lyndhurst and Lymington (4 miles and 8 miles).
